Kimberly Holyfield

Kimberly is a dedicated professional with a passion for empowering businesses, communities, and youth. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Xavier University of Louisiana and has built a career supporting small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits through strategic HR and operational guidance. As a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, Kimberly partners with organizations to navigate workforce challenges and build sustainable success. 

Deeply committed to service, she is actively involved in youth initiatives, nonprofit organizations, and community-based programs, and is an active member of Living Word Christian Center, where she participates in faith-based efforts that uplift individuals and communities. A devoted single mother of two accomplished young men, Kimberly has instilled in her family a love of music and sports. A lifelong musician who played flute through college and participated in her high school’s marching band, she values music as a powerful connector and is eager to bring her professional expertise, community engagement, and passion for music education to her work with PING.
